PILATES GLOW
Glow from the inside out. This mat-based pilates class combines classical and contemporary pilates movements. Keeping in mind the six principles of pilates (concentration, control, centering, breath, precision, and flow) you will warm up, incorporate props, and move through exercises that lengthen and strengthen the body. Each week will focus on targeting different muscle groups and a core series will always be included. Cool down and leave feeling balanced in body and mind. Perfect for all levels of pilates practice and experience.
YOGA FLOW
Move through feel good flows that link breath to movement. Begin with mindfulness and breath work leading into a warm up designed to prepare the body for this vinyasa-style practice. Build heat as you flow and move toward a peak posture or mobility exercise. Variations and options to add strength along the way will always be offered. Class will end with Savasana and time to reconnect to yourself. All levels of practice are welcome and props to support you will be available.
YOGA TONE
Awaken your body through mindful movement and attention to breath with energizing Vinyasa Yoga. Increase your flexibility, gain better body tone, and improve posture with a relaxed and clear mind. All levels are welcome.
