Ongoing classes each semester. Just show up and enjoy.
No Fee. No Registration necessary.
Class schedules are posted a week before each session.
A Fit Ticket is needed to enter all other classes after 4:00PM. Fit Tickets are distributed at the reception desk as early as 20 minutes prior to class time until class begins (unless class is full). One ticket per person.

BODY BLITZ W/ BARBELLS
Intense workout focusing on light weights and high reps. Increase your strength & improve definition. Just hard work that will push you to the max!
This toning class will rock your world, blasting every major muscle group. Dumbbells & tubing will be utilized to create sleek definition.
A fantastic heart-pumping workout. Taught on an indoor cycling bike – you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction. Not one you want to miss!

Monday through Thursday: Noon-3:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: Noon - 3:00 p.m. only
Sunday: Noon to 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
