Class schedules are posted a week before each session.
A Fit Ticket is needed to enter all classes after 4:00PM. Fit Tickets are distributed at the reception desk as early as 20 minutes prior to class time until class begins (unless class is full). One ticket per person.

AWESOME ABS
20 minutes of conditioning for the “core”. Designed to compliment your cardio program. Do not miss out on this one!

This toning class will rock your world, blasting every major muscle group. Dumbbells & tubing will be utilized to create sleek definition.

A Total Body Workout! A great mix of cardio and weight training that torches calories and builds lean muscle! Create a strong, sleek body using variety of equipment, while keeping everything fresh and exciting!

Full Body Workout! A fitness toning class that uses low weight and high repetitions to effectively sculpt and tone the body’s major muscle groups.
