In 2011, Jodie earned a doctorate degree through Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has research interests in undergraduate leadership development. She completed her M.Ed. at Temple University and received her B.S. from West Chester University. She has progressively evolved responsibilities within the Campus Life division since 1993. In addition to directing the Department of Recreation Services, she has overseen the Leadership Education Program since 2015. In her current role of Associate Dean of Students/Director of Recreation Services since 2005. In the years prior, she served as Assistant Dean of Students/Director of Recreation Services and also as an Assistant Director of Athletics/Coordinator of Recreational Sports for six years. She began her career at Lafayette as the head strength and conditioning coach for the varsity athletes. She takes great pleasure in overseeing a broad range of student-centered programs and priorities. Her office can be found in room 237 (in the corner of Kamine gymnasium) at Kirby Sports Center.
