In 2011, Jodie earned a doctorate degree through Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a research interest in student leadership development. She completed her M.Ed. at Temple University and received her B.S. from West Chester University. Jodie began her current role as Associate Dean of Students and Director of Recreation Services in 2005. In the years prior, she served as Assistant Dean of Students/Director of Recreation Services (6 years) and also as an Assistant Director or Athletics/Coordinator of Recreational Sports (6 years) at the college. Jodie started her career at Lafayette in 1993 as the head strength and conditioning coach for the varsity athletes. Now, she takes great pleasure in overseeing a broad range of student-centered programs and priorities for the department of recreation services. Her office can be found in room 237 (in the corner of Kamine gymnasium) at Kirby Sports Center.
