Register for a timeslot and failed to remove your name so that others could take your spot. Releasing a timeslot can occur up to the minute the session starts.
1st and 2nd Miss = Warning Message
All future misses = Five-day suspension of facilities
Examples include, but are not limited to failures to maintain physical distance, noncompliance with floor markings, inadequate face covering, or exceeding posted room density maximums.
1st Time = Verbal & Warning Message
2nd Time = Five-day suspension from facility and programs
3rd Time = Ten-day suspension from facility and programs plus referral to the student conduct process
Continuous violations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and could result in the long-term suspension of the facility and programs, particularly when the violations have impacted other students.
