This program offers a full selection of class options (stretching, strengthening, and cardiovascular fitness) at no cost during academic year. Nominal fees during summer sessions.

A reservation or a FIT ticket is needed to enter ALL classes. A spot reserved on-line will be released 5 minutes prior to start of class to those on the online waiting list or to FIT ticket holders.
An on-line waiting list is available. Wait-listed people will be notified by email when spots in class become available to them.
FIT tickets are distributed at the reception desk as early as 30 minutes prior to class time and until class begins. One ticket per person. Tickets may be used for classes which still have openings or to become part of the wait list.
