How to Register for Group Fit Classes
You can register for free using IMLeagues. New users can create an account with our college’s organization to join.
Registration for classes open at 8am the day before they occur. Open spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Once a class is full, you may still register to join the waitlist. If you reserve a spot but can no longer attend class, please remove yourself from the class to allow others to join. Repeated no-shows to class will result in a temporary suspension.
Private Class Requests
Groups within the Lafayette College community can request Group Fit classes for a fee. This is great for groups looking to get moving and have some bonding time. We provide this to all types of groups such as student clubs, sports teams, departments, residence halls, and more! Please fill out the form below to request a class.

Certifications: Zumba Certified Instructor, Barre Certified Instructor
My Fitness Philosophy: Movement is knowledge.
Fun Fact: I was on a competitive jump rope team in elementary/middle school.
Janelle Finocchio
Certifications: BFA Dance Performance, Certified Mat Pilates, 200 Hr. Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga Certified
My Fitness Philosophy: Movement is beneficial for the body but also a gift for our mind.
Fun fact: I used to travel and perform as a magician’s assistant.
Sherryta Freeman
Certifications: Zumba Certified Instruction (ZIN)
My Fitness Philosophy: Fitness can be a celebration of movement and most fun with shared with others, turning every workout into a joyful experience that nourishes both the mind and body.
Fun Fact: Former Division I basketball student-athlete and self-proclaimed "sneaker queen".
Kara Kolton
Certifications: Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Indoor Cycling, Group Barbell
My Fitness Philosophy: Fitness and working out - It’s never easy, but it’s always worth it.
Fun Fact: I have a retired quarter horse (named Tacoma). You could say I swapped one “saddle” for another. I will say indoor cycling is much safer.
Jackie Squarcia
Certifications: YogaFit RYT200, Aerial Yoga, BARRE, PiYo®, willPower&grace®
My Fitness Philosophy: Yoga is an invitation to connect with oneself through mindful movement and attention to breath.
Fun Fact: I own OM-azing yoga studio in Forks Township.
