Supervisors are hired based on qualifications and previous experience with our department and program. These positions are considered student leadership positions and employees are treated like paraprofessionals. Much of our marketing material, ideas, and social media presence are managed by a team of students with a team coordinator. We need graphic designers, website developers, videographers, social media coordinators, and a team leader who coordinates our overall strategy.
