These 4-week sessions will focus on different aspects of fitness for a well-rounded, full-body workout.

  • Circuit-training style workouts led by a personal trainer.
  • A mix of Strength Training moves and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training at your own pace)
  • Sign up individually and join the group to work out!
  • Types of Equipment:  Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Battle Ropes, Ski Ergometers and more
  • Maximum of 8 people per group (Minimum Required)

Employee/Plus One—$40/session
