Come learn how to weight-lift! This session will be open to small groups of students who have limited or no prior experience with weight training. You will develop competence with basic weightlifting movements (Bench, Squats, Leg Press and more) and learn how to use the equipment which will provide you with the confidence while using Lafayette’s fitness center!
