Lafayette Dance Company

Lafayette Dance Company is an umbrella organization which encompasses several different subcategories of dance: Synchromotion follows traditional methods of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical, Dance Cr3w follows hip-hop and breaking styles, and Gossip Prone is a try-out hip-hop group. Seeing as this is only the second semester that the Lafayette Dance Company has been in existence, they have been extremely successful. They were able to put on the “So You Think You Can Dance” competition, where all Lafayette students are invited to showcase their dancing skills. One of their own, Brian Tomassi, took third in the competition. They will also be holding the5^th annual Spring Recital in Williams Arts Center on Friday, March 25^th. Overall, this club has been very successful and it will be exciting  to see what the future hold for them.
