Cardio & Strength Classes

Reserve your SPOT in class 24 hours in advance.
A reservation or Fit Ticket is needed to enter all Cycling classes and all other Cardio Classes that start after 4:00PM.   Fit Tickets are distributed at the reception desk as early as 20 minutes prior to class time until class begins (unless class is full).   One ticket per person.

Class schedules are posted a week before each session.

Hours of Operation (Academic Year)

Recreation Center:
Effective August 26th
Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m.- Midnight
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - Midnight

Swimming Pool:
Monday through Thursday: Noon-3:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: Noon - 3:00 p.m. only
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: Noon to 4:00 p.m.

Rock Climbing Wall:
Monday: 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Thursday 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
