Cardio & Strength Classes – Spring 2015
To cancel your reservation:
1. Go to Fitness Scheduler
2. Log in as a club member, using same log in to reserve the class.
3. Choose view reservations
4. Cancel the class you will not be attending
Session 1: January 26th – March 11th
Session 2: March 23rd – May 6th
(No Classes March 12th – 22nd)
A reservation or Fit Ticket is needed to enter all Cycling classes and all other Cardio Classes that start after 4:00PM.
Fit Tickets are distributed at the reception desk as early as 15 minutes prior to class time until class begins. One ticket per person. Tickets may be used for class or for waiting list. All reserved SPOTS are released 5 minutes prior to start of class to FIT ticket holders until class is filled.
Class schedules are posted a week before each session.

Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m.- Midnight
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m.-Midnight
Monday-Wednesday: Noon-3:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday: 12:30 pm to 3:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Friday: Noon-3:00 p.m. only
Sunday: Noon-4:00 p.m.
Rock Climbing Wall:
Monday and Thursday : 4:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
